From Conduct to Control
Leave to Travel…Pay to Pension
A Rule will follow you wherever you go
Though rules make your life almost impossible
It is not at all possible to live in Government without these rules
Most of the time rules are honoured with flagrant breach
Rather than with strict adherence
Still it is hard to deny that rules are the fine fabric
Which encompass the government servant’s official way of life..
On close look a philosophy can be found behind every rule..
That makes the rules much more beautiful
At last would it not be fitting to say that…
Rules are there for rule’s sake..
